Written form of customer complaint

Notice of submitting a written form of customer complaint

In accordance with Article 10 Paragraph 1–3 of Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14).

We inform customers that a written complaint with which they express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the service provided can submit at our office, or send it by mail to address:

In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/44), your written complaint will be answered in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of your complaint.
